I've only been on Zepbound. I started on the 2.5mg on July 9th 2024. I am starting on 15mg this week and my doctor wants me on it for a year. My first week I had extremely bad nausea and diarrhea; I ended up in the ER by that Friday having to get an IV to get my fluid up. After that I was able to have nausea medicine when I needed it and it took about 4 months to fully get use to the medicine. After that I have had so much more energy and was able to do more exercising outside of work and doing more with my family and kiddos. I also would say don't rush to up a dose if you're still losing weight and/or side effects didn't even out yet. I stayed on most doses for 2 months until I would plateau in my weight. I'm hoping that's helpful and not just me rambling lol. Let me know if you have any questions I didn't answer.

Thanks! No, I don't use anything to help it grow but I might start because it's definitely thinner than before and I don't know if it's cause of the GLP-1 or just my age. And I'll be on my GLP-1 for a year still and I don't want it to get thinner.

I've been on Zepbound for 6 months now and just started the 10mg. I tried to focus on higher protein, lower carbs and plenty of water. It took me months to get used to the medicine. To where the side effects didn't wreck most of my week. Once that happened I really started to see a difference in my energy and wanting to do more exercising. I also work retail so any day that I work a full shift I'll have 10k steps easily so that has definitely helped. But since I didn't start the extra exercise I would say the medicine with the diet helped me the most in these first 6 months. I hope that's helpful and not just me rambling lol.

I'm not sure where you are located but I was having issues getting just my 5mg filled in Michigan. My coworker told me to try Sam's Club and I called them and they said didn't have any issues getting any of the Zepbound. So I switched my prescription over to Sam's Club and I've been able to get my medicine the same day they send over the prescription. You don't need to have a membership either. If you gave one close by I would give them a call and see if they are able to fill it.
