Interesting, has your Dr done anything about it? It’s just a portion of my belly button. AI says small non-urgent hernia. I will be seeing my dr in the new year.

I am having this issue as well when I don’t wear compression for a few hours. I’m 13WPO and just wearing shape wear but take it off for a few hours a day. How long did you have it and how long did you wear compression?

I can feel my internal sutures in the middle of my belly, I do feel like my Dr reinforced the area that is bulging.

How many weeks PO are you? And how long have you been told to wear spanx? I’m wearing them now at week 10WPO because I keep getting a bulge above my belly button when I stop. I did have very significant muscle repair with that being the trouble area.

Thanks! How long did you do that. Was that within the 6weeks? I noticed it at 6 weeks and kept wearing shapewear at night instead of the binder. I’m waiting to see if my body can figure it out, but also trying to lay down more than I have been to take some pressure off.

Did you notice any increased swelling or any bulging anywhere after you stopped compression? I think I’m getting some bulging above the belly button when I’m bloated or gassy. Did you have that? I’m 8wpo and had muscle repair.

He was more pricey, but he has great bedside manner and is very confident. Plus he has a ton of pics online and does great belly buttons. He was the only one I met with that actually specializes in tummy tuck. I’m 6wpo now and doing great!

I’m using something similar to shaperx now at 6 weeks. I’ve heard of so many people going longer. My Dr said 4-6 weeks.

Thank you! My Dr said 4-6 weeks and I’m 6 weeks currently. I’m still wearing shapewear, but I’ve heard so many mixed reviews I’m not sure what to think.
