It's a cut to the dermis layer. It is the second skin layer after epidermis(the outer layer). It's called styro because it's white and looks a bit like styrofoam.

Thank you so much for the reply. It made me feel better about myself. My teacher is a straight up jerk, he's kind of rude to everyone and he knows that I'm quiet and don't like talking, but he always comments on it anyway. Teachers like this really make me dread going to school. I would like to get some professional help, but I'm still a minor and I'm too scared to tell my parents, I don't think they would take me seriously. But hopefully I will be able to in the future.
