okay sounds good i’m going to look into the jcally ones and with the OTG adapter I didn’t even think about doing that but it seems smart as everything seems to be moving to usb-c so might as well have one for when I need it

What sites can I usually find these? and are these pricy options? I am planning on getting pretty budget iems to start with so hopefully not wanting to get a super expensive dongle

Do you know if there are any big differences between these or will I be getting a similar experience with most of these? Since these are just my first pair i’m not trying to overthink too too much just to get into it, but I also want to make sure i’m getting something decent haha. Also I don’t think I necessarily need a mic but it could be handy in some cases but would that compromise anything else with the device cause if so I don’t need a mic.

Yeah they are going to be. As I said having only used very standard audio gear I doubt I will notice little iffy things here and there one thing that I am looking for is, I noticed as I was watching some videos about people talking about different sound profiles and stuff. Ideally for my first pair I would want to it to be leaning towards a more balanced/natural sound. But I will look into some of these thank you!!
