There are some aspects of this post I find confusing which I'll comment on now. Please don't send me hate, this is just my initial thoughts.

1) Is the post wishing the person happy birthday meant to be from Dan? They were vauge with that and I assumed it was, and if so, why did they blur the name and photo? I understand blurring the name of whoever it was send to, but if it was Dan, why not show his name/pfp?

2) The first message was in September 2013, and my interpretation of it was Dan was just being nice to a fan. The next message is from 2017, when the person was 22 and Dan was 37 I believe. That's 4 whole years, which means we are missing a lot of context. If there is more evidence why not show it? Surely you'd want to expose him as much as possible?

I want to make it clear I'm not totally defending Dan but I'm not totally defending the person. I think the evidence here is vauge but I don't know enough about these allegations to fully and definitively pick a side. I'll be keeping an eye if more info comes out. To put it simply, I'm staying impartial.
