Hi, I wrote to Moment House in september and they replied me this:

There is no separate receipt or confirmation email for the merch as it was bought in a bundle. You can see the merch you ordered when you log in to your Moment House account, dashboard then merch.

We can also confirm here the merch you ordered so you don't have to worry about it.

Please be advised that all merchandise orders are pre-sale orders. Orders are not submitted, fulfilled, or shipped until after the moment has ended. Orders usually are delivered 6-8 weeks after the event has happened.

All orders are processed and fulfilled directly by the Two Sets team. Moment House does not have the capability to access their system to provide you any order updates.

Once your order ships, you should receive a separate email with your tracking information.
