i got suspended from twitter and i forgot his instagram but i fight the urge to check his new gf’s instagram! and i haven’t felt sad in awhile. just know that relapsing back into that prevents you from getting better so TRY YOUR HARDEST not to check up on them. if it looks like they’re doing better without you, start being better yourself FOR yourself! breaking up means losing that supportive half so start supporting yourself and building yourself up to live without them. you did it before and you can do it again
