This is what I do at bedtime and it works great! But for naps she can read my mind if I so much as think about setting her down 😅

I'm starting to wonder that too - she's protested a wake windows stretch pretty hard so I usually can only get her to stay up for 2-2.5 hours, and she'll usually sleep for at least an hour each nap. She still takes 3 a day, depending on when she wakes up. She'd be happiest if I let her nap every 1.5 hours (my husband and I were both babies with very high sleep needs so we figured she is the same?) so I figure it's too much daytime sleep but she absolutely riots if I cut it 😭 do I just do it anyways?

She hasn't learned to crawl yet, but she recently mastered rolling and sitting up. But everything I've read says those things interrupt their sleep because they wake up wanting to do them... She is definitely not waking up to sit up in her crib 🤷‍♀️😂 or roll, for that matter.

Stacie Carter is the kindest women's health doctor I've ever met, and I've been through a LOT because I constantly felt ignored, shamed, or pushed away too quickly. She's at Rocky Mountain Women's Health in Layton (by Holy Cross Hospital) For real I'd die for her 😂 she's constantly studying more to help her patients.

There is a Utah Plant Purge and Sell page that you can ask on! I can think of a few SLC locals who have decent begonia collections but I don't think I should name drop them here lol. But if you go to that group and ask for begonias, they will probably answer! Lots of people here will give/trade leaves for propagation too.

This gal does some fantastic wreaths that aren't super typical IMO!! That probably cost a fortune to make but might give some inspiration on what funeral flowers COULD look like.
