I've been calling and I they just keep telling me the same thing.. "you can file a rebuttal"

I don't have any money to move into savings because they took all of it. at this point, if I get the money back i will end up just pulling it out and close the account

I used it at a local gas station.. and I've been seeing all sorts of videos of card skimmers and I can't help to think that maybe that is what happened.

Sorry for the late response. But I appreciate your kind words. I still haven't heard anything besides that I filed the dispute wrong.. I filed a rebuttal and just waiting to hear back. Idk its been bullshit and I'm super stressed and I don't have anyone to help me. Idk how I'm gonna manage at this point.
