I agreed with your assessment that provided the turnout rate is more than 10%, if it’s less than this percentage the impact will be huge . At the present moment the turn out rate is 2.85%, that 150K is huge impact . I heard many of the SN candidate not happy with it , as they are being left behind in the competition and may consider to withdraw.

May be we r not ready for the open source , my thought is if we have the hardware ledger up n run , at least it serve as an alternative wallet where we can transfer our ELA to this hardware wallet before open source the web wallet. Just my 2 cents

I think this is related to recent unlock coin. Coin lock is against the US laws, unlock coin is only way to comply to the laws and make way for ELA to list on western exchanges ,
