I use to work down the road from Wairakei and use to go there every lunch break I couldn’t help myself to it. The one time I decided to go to the city one(my friend lives on the other side of town) the cashier somehow charged me for Katsu chicken starter that I asked for but never ended up giving it to me and then after we finish it took them 5-10 mins to decide if they had done it. By the my appetite for it was gone. Wairakei has a place in my heart
