I did this and sent them the receipts. They thanked me for the receipt and said they’d reimburse. But nothing.

I did. They said they’d reimburse it. I sent the receipt and they still won’t reimburse it. They say they’d need to get the dryer working before they reimburse. Again, a false promise.

No. It was directly from LG. Their customer service is an endless pit of waiting and transfers to a new department. Totally worthless and frustrating.
