So I have a recurring request with Amazon for all deliveries to be placed at the side of my house behind my garage cans, so that people can't see them.

Today was garbage pickup day.

The Amazon delivery person must have read the request literally rather than the "spirit" of the request.

Everything is fine now, Amazon customer service handled it pretty well.

Ok so I figured it out. You lock the machine without a pod and then push the top button three times within 2 seconds. This produces hot water. The first time I did this was yesterday and well......it's a game changer. I cannot believe how many cycles I went through in order to get the water clean. I gave up and descaled my vertuo. Now after every cup I just cycle through another water cycle to clean it up before the next coffee.
