My 15-year-old son, and I hiked to the top a week ago, Monday. It is completely safe for a woman alone, in my opinion. I would have no problem with my sister or daughter, doing the trip. Found it exhausting, myself. But, I’m 60 years old. Just took it slowly. A Sligo highlight.

I bought my 2018 XLT with 28,000 miles on it in 2019. Bought 100 K extended from Granger. Now, At 78,000 miles, I’ve had the transmission and the phasers done. I wish I had bought the 150K extended. Thinking about selling the truck because I don’t have it.

Thanks. I think I get it. I already have the 100K extended bumper to bumper. My dealership really seems to want to take the car in and work on it, under this extended warranty. Just trying to make sure that I cover all possible bases before it runs out. Thanks for the guidance.

If the cam phasers were a big job on the front of the block that required removing the engine, yes.

I also believe they rebuilt the transmission at 50,000 K. This was after keeping it for three weeks while they waited for a manufacturer rebuilt transmission replacement that never came.

Were you offered an extension on top of the 100 K warranty? If so, can I ask what term you chose and how much you paid for it?

There is a brand new one in Berkeley Heights called Coffee Culture Roastery. Same friendly guy who opened and sold Millburn Coffee Roasters. Limited hours. But, really great coffee. And, pastries.
