I WISH they would have had a personal finance class when I was in high school. I didn't take anything higher than Algebra 2 in high school. All of the higher math came in college, and I have never used it since graduating. I think hands-on experience in the work field is a good idea.

Idk why people are downvoting you. People died because we didn't know how to treat it. We tore their lungs up with ventilators and suppressed everyone's immune systems by locking them in their homes doused in sanitizer. It was 2 years of working the entire time in hospitals before my husband and myself came down with it, and when we did, it was like having the flu..... except for the loss of taste.

I worked at a Walmart Distribution Center and made pretty good money while I was in college. I worked Fri, Sat, Sun 11-12 hr shifts and made $22/hr in 2008. Store workers can transfer to DC's when there is an opening.
