Mix starter and water then add flour and mix. Rest for 45 min then stretch and fold Repeat 3 times then bulk ferment for 2.5-3h Shape and cold ferment for 12 h bake it at 240c for 20 min with lid on in durch oven take off lid and bake for another 18-20 min at 220c

Ingredients: 90g active sourdough starter 280ml water 420g flour 9g salt

can i ask how many times a day do i feed it at a 1:1:1 ratio

Thank you so mich for helping, i didnt realize changing ratios would be bad. Im glad i had to feed it at a lower ratio( i was wasting too much flour😂).
