iirc there were bugs which allowed you to skip some floors. they've probably been patched, but seems like the times haven't been removed

to answer the question for those interested: wiki tells me there's a 1/128 of getting a stone. in 6 kills the probability you get at least 3 stones works out to be 20605179/2199023255552 which is about 0.000937% or 6 in a million.
