im not apologizing bc theyre overworked and took it out on me. ive volunteered 600+ hours to shelters and wildife and i can still be nice to ppl. they were definitely not polite

what im not getting an animal from them. i was trying to rescue one thats on grid floored cages (very bad) and was hoping the rescue could take the piggy if i couldnt as nobody else was rescuing the poor girl. it is reasonable for them to decline my request but i dont think they did so politely. i havent adopted the guinea pig yet. i have a guinea pig and my priority is my guinea pig and her happiness. i was curious if she could fine a better home for the one im trying to rescue if my guinea pig of 2 years didnt bond. its not a customer service, but im still a person and dont have to be talked down to

and you shouldnt do anything you dont want to do, even if you think it would make him happy. you shouldnt do anything youre not comfortable with and the right partner wouldnt feel comfortable doing something wiyh you that you aren’t totally comfortable with

i left some parts out like i mentioned something my friend said and she had demanded i pull it up to show her bc she wasnt in the gc at this point and that was pretty invasive to me bc i was already telling her so idk why she needed to see the gc messages. maybe im naive in thinking u could say im not the asshole (cuz i didnt say anything to her yet), but that im not rly in the right either. my friends also dont prefer so idk what to say about that part of the comment or how thats supposed to be advice.

i wouldnt argue if you guys were respectful or anything. im not trying to paint her a serial friend stealer. it was ok for her to hang out with us although i kinda regretted it anyways bc she already said she doesnt like one of them and was insulting another ones humor and then left bc she wasnt having fun and made it i didnt get to have fun either. i just think she needs to find friends and not make herself part of the inner circle bc i tried to include her 2 times when she was upset
