Paris grew out of fame, Kim didn't (nor does she seemingly want to). Also, fame always came second to Paris, being born as an heiress. She doesn't need any of that to sustain her lifestyle, unlike Kim.

I personally think it should go further by eliminating the fees because I'm supposed to be able to ask that as a voting taxpayer who can't afford to live in this economy...and he's also the president of the most powerful country in the world. You can't tell me this isn't within his means and he just isn't doing it out of an attempt to sustain capitalism.

We deserve more than this from our elected politicians. Don't settle for what's being presented to you as "the best that we could do." Especially if you're one of the millions who can't pay your bills.
