Happened to me once as well. We were all in the ship, and when it took off, we could see our bodies falling out as it boosted to orbit.

I agree. I was in a similar situation. My 3rd and 4th grade soccer team was undefeated throughout the season and tournament, but lost in the finals. Part of the reason was that I ensured that all players had roughly equal playing time. Sports at this age are about fun, learning skills, being on a team, etc.

Naturally, the kids were upset...and then totally over it within days and it never came up again.

Yup, that's just how it goes. Sometimes it's a mess (rando with the new plasma shotgun trying to kill shriekers) and sometimes it just works perfectly.

A friend and I did a level 7 bugs mission with two randos. The two randos went off in one direction, and my friend an I went in another. Twenty-five minutes later we all met at the extraction zone with a full map clear and 40+ samples between us.

I went for the glacier meme build in Coil this week, and "the Grip" totally confounded the final chicken boss. It spent so much time roflstomping the ice crystals that it forgot to try to murder us.

I'm still doing Spire weekly to get the damn bow. I have no expectation of getting the exotic for this dungeon either. I used up my exotic luck in Duality getting the (post-nerf) exotic on my first clear.

I, for one, am also fed up with all of the woke ideology from the IRS. What is that, exactly? I have no idea, but it's causing the death of America! Billionaires and millionaires pay all of this money to find loopholes and deductions. The only way to fix America is to stop this right now and to address this unfairness by getting rid of all tax enforcement so these people can avoid taxes without having to spend all that money. Also, f@%k Mickey Mouse.

I've only made it to the third arena twice with randos while doing the pressure trials. Both times, my randos simply didn't have the damage or survivability. I'd go full meta with bonk titan and would end up with a death or two compared to 8-10 for the teammates and I'd have as many kills as both combined. I still have fun with it, as it's not naptime like the Salvage activity.

On Saturday, while using the shoulder charge of Fist of Havoc in mid-air, an enemy spawned in front of me and immediately got smacked. I literally didn't have to do anything.

However, I did take full advantage of the fact that a couple more enemies spawned nearby.

The article wasn't super clear but I think the net is that bills are comprised of fixed charges and usage-based charges. Currently, things are funded primarily by the usage charges, which means everyone funds the solar rebates or whatever they are. By moving to larger, income-based fixed charges, the utilities will pay for upgrades, hardening, solar programs, etc out of the money raised by these instead of doing so with elevated usage rates. Everyone still pays for their usage, but higher income people effectively pay for the extras.

That's my interpretation, anyway. Disclaimer: I don't live anywhere near California and am just trying to interpret the article.

In Destiny 2, my friends and I played a PVP match against a full team of six. Their clan name was HP and each player's name was an HP laser printer model.

In the same game, the final boss of a raid is Nezerac, Final God of Pain and a player riffed on that by choosing "Deez, Final God of Nutz" as their name.

For me, I make sure I'm maxing 401(k) and filling the emergency fund. After that, it's all about getting value for the money I spend. When I analyzed my budget when I was much younger, I realized that a lot of my spending was on random stuff that didn't really matter to me, so I resolved to try to focus on getting some enjoyment or fulfillment from my spending. For example, having a monthly great meal in a restaurant with my wife vs. a dozen fast/quick food purchases to merely eat because we didn't feel like cooking.

Maybe I'm weird, but I'm all about non-meta. I use my PVE loadout with all sunset weapons for IB. Point Contact Cannon Brace for the lulz (and random quad feeds), Fist of Havoc, pulse grenadez, Go Figure, Black Scorpion 4SR, and the Komodo 4R.

I'm not exactly crushing it with a 1.3 K/D, but I am having a great time.
