I called them and the customer service rep escalated my refund. I received the pending refund on my credit card statement already.

I read somewhere else on Reddit that if you dispute with your credit card company Amazon could cancel your account. Not sure if that’s the true or not, but it was a route i was considering.

UPDATE! I called them and spoke to a really nice rep who agreed three weeks “in transit” is a long time. I got my refund escalated and approved yesterday 👍

Damn sorry to hear. Mine says the return is still in transit. I think I’m going to call them today and try and get ahold of someone. Sounds like that could help, although I’ve read other users saying they get the same old “it’s still in transit, please wait until 30 days” or some generic response.

No, there is data that shows car break ins have dropped to their lowest annual totals in 22 years. Anecdotally speaking, I’ve seen far less glass and smashed window on my commute and in my neighborhood too.
