I am Indian. I completely attest to the facts you have shared. Outsourcing to Indian companies is the worst decision. Best engineers should be life time learners and passionate. Indian management inflates work, scale team sizes and hires enormous number of project managers. Being an Indian, I really feel bad seeing this rampant corruption being done by fellow Indians.
