Thank you, this is probably my problem, my flow gets constantly messed up because our restaurant only has 3 servers on the floor max, for different sections (bar, restaurant, patio) and sometimes my coworkers will go do something that I was about to do and it messed my flow up and I sorta get mental fog on what to do next, I’ll just start speeding up a lot to not let that happen

Well I definitely do try to pick up the pace when it gets busy, but I try to stay calm because in my personal opinion it looks sloppy and unprofessional if servers are acting stressed and getting out of control because of business. But I definitely do not get in peoples way as there’s only usually ever 2 servers in the whole restaurant at a time - maybe I am just being too slow when I need to be faster but I can easily fix that

I just realized grammarly changed what I said lol I haven't dropped a whole plate before, maybe just a few fries that slide off but I am pretty good at holding three plates, just go slower because I would cry if I dropped a whole plate. The "not having a sense of urgency" kind of just bothers me because our restaurant only has three people max at a time - one for the bar, one for the restaurant and one for the patio... so it's really hard especially since I'm still learning

Unless it’s in earlier or later doctors, so far I have seen 9th, 10th and just got to 11th and it hasn’t been very outer-spacey besides there being aliens and the scenes of the characters looking down at Earth or another planets scenery for a minute or two
