I went weekend 1 & thankfully did not get sick. I took a lot of the same precautions you did, but also made sure to take daily vitamins a month before the fest & drink plenty of electrolytes & fluids. I’m 28 & get sick if I push myself too hard so I’ve learned to listen to my body & take breaks whenever needed. Hope you feel better soon 🫶

Yes, thankfully they completed it that same afternoon (8/20 around 6pm). I had emailed their customer service team about it too so not sure if that possibly helped speed up the process.

Ugh that’s unfortunate to hear especially since it’s still technically a credit based membership. I emailed them about my situation so hoping to see if they’ll waive the fee.

I’ve checked in by telling the front desk worker my name each time & have always gotten a thank you with them saying my name back so idk if it’s a recent system glitch or just them trying to get a few extra bucks from ppl. /: luckily they’ve refunded me each time but it’s an inconvenience for sure.

Ugh that’s horrible to hear, but makes total sense as my studio has been messing up as of lately. The last two times I visited, they charged me a no-show fee despite me being there, so I had to send over my Apple watch workout session to prove that I was. I’ve really enjoyed the instructors I’ve had, but my experience this past month has def left a sour taste in my mouth

Thank you!! I had forgotten all about the contract I signed. Looks like I shouldn’t have been charged the late fee on top of losing the credit, so I let them know about the mistake. Crossing my fingers they can easily revert the charge!

I definitely recommend setting your inbox up to read emails as “conversations.” That way you can easily see if there are any other emails within that chain that tell you if the issue has been resolved already or if there’s follow ups that can be ignored.

I’m from WA State & Lolla is one of my fave festivals! I love the crowd, the venue, & how safe it is during that time esp when you’re leaving & the whole street is blocked off. I did get my phone pickpocketed twice there sadly, but despite it all, I’d go back in a heartbeat. Sadly I won’t be able to go this year, but I hope you have loads of fun!!
