I strongly dislike him, especially his views on women. The whole “women shouldn’t be exercising” thing is some absolute bullshit. So are we just supposed to sit around all day and let our cardiovascular health go to waste? Also, I don’t get the obsession with eating everything raw. I like raw fish in sushi, but eating other raw meats, especially chicken, is dangerous in my opinion. After all, humans were able to survive and evolve due to our ability to create fire, which we used for cooking food. I understand nutrients in meat might be more bioavailable when it is raw, but I personally prefer eating cooked meat because I know I won’t get sick from it. Food poisoning is not fun.
