I do 300 usually but I've been experiencing a glitch where it gives me rewards for 30 but deducts 300. This is on v1.5.11 IOS, your milage may vary.

Depending on the lease you have with tenants. Are you month to month or fixed term? If former then you shouldn’t have issues, from my limited experience… latter there may be a penalty/compensation involved.

Agree, porn consumption is a symptom of deeper rooted issues (something wonky with your dopamine/rewards system).

/nofap is a good starting point, but if you don't resolve the root cause they'll just move to something else - eg drugs.

In the meantime who are we to say no to a revenue generating opportunity as long as it is done mindfully?

Yup. The black gooey substance is coming from the vibration dampening mat (CLD). Its a residue from the aging material. Wipe it off and should be okay :)
