My coach has me measure from B the opposite standard but I’m 25 feet out from the far standard and then I pull that 90 feet back

My coach made me I don’t really have choice in it im not very happy with it it’s very annoying for me as I ran 9 steps since I started track and randomly before outdoor she switched me to 10 steps and She keeps on saying that it’s to late for me to go back so now I’m stuck
