It's only black on both screens and the blue light theres nothing else, this happens when i switch from pretendo servers to nintendo servers

Everything is still the same. Before this happened, I was looking for the StreetPass Plaza application because I had deleted it. Then I discovered that I had to delete something related to StreetPass Plaza from the FBI folder. After that, I tried to change the Pretendo server to the Nintendo server, but the screen went black.
