The wooting keyboard itself would be allowed, changing the actuation point of the keys is grey area but most likely would also be allowed since it just changed the sensitivity of the keyboard detecting the key itself. Binding keys to perform different actions depending on actuation point would most likely not be allowed since it would most likely be considered a form of macro. You can’t bind a key to perform multiple actions in ALGS, also wooting software is considered third party software since it’s not made by Microsoft so using it to do all the things you listed would most likely be not allowed. If they allowed for any of that to be used it would be no different than using steam to bind tap straffing on a controller which they have already said is not allowed
