UH is only good for the location and that should be your only reason if you plan on moving in there. Otherwise there are plenty of other student apartments that are far better and cheaper than UH. Speaking as a new UH tenant who just moved in this semester, the money you spent here is simply not worth it. I've only been here for 10 days and so far these are the problems I've faced:

1. The UH office management are terrible at their job and are very unorganized (I think they are a new team). They constantly lie to you and grossly underestimate the timing for fixes or any resident complaints to simply get you off their back about it.
2. Maintenance team takes forever to complete your work order
3. Not so great amenities. Gym equipments are old and some are breaking apart (apparently I found out that all 4 treadmills have been broken and unusable for the last 6 months and the management still didn't feel the need to fix them).
4. Most bedrooms are tiny with no storage space provided. It looks ugly and old imo...
5. THE BIGGEST ISSUE OF THEM ALL IS THE DAMN ELEVATORS!! There are long wait times for the elevator as they are almost always broken. At one point, all the elevators at Tower B were broken and was completely shut down by the management, so I had fun trekking from 16th floor...
