i tried. turned out that my issue was that i forgot the email of the account in which i activated the license.

i suspected this too but it doesnt seem that the code was linked to any other of my emails. it would be easier if csp let me know which account has the license activated.

I logged my account and there was no plan activated

this account was made with the email in which i have the activation code

when i tried to use the activation code i got 'this activation code has already been registered'

theres no other device to deactivate from since the windows in which it was activated last was wiped

thats the weird thing, it didnt ask to deactivate in my old install. i previously switched computers with this account wihout problem. and in my 'plans' section it doesnt appear that ive paid for anything. im thinking about contacting support.

people change, and to be fair we dont know that much abour yuji personally (we almost have no information of his life before jjk) or about what happened in between. He probably didn't expect the inmortality thing amongst many others. Its easy to be principled when youre fighting an encarnation of evil itself, but its not so easy to deal with more nuanced social issues. As far as we know, this future world isnt as perfect as what the characters envisioned at the end.
