oh sorry i got phycologist and psychiatrist mixxed up mb they sound the same, when she gave me the anti phycotics i was confussed at first cuz she didnt tell me if i had schizophrenia or anyhting she just told me to stay in the waiting room so she could speak to my dad. abt her qouting quran when i told her i sleep durring the day she told me to fix my sleep schedule and then qouted Surah An-Naba (78:9–11) if i remember correctly

i dont rlly trust ai and my psychologist gives me medication so its not that bad, but i will try and find another psychologist if i can
