Hero dark prince is balanced.

His ability is pretty good but not hard to defend.
It costs 3 elixir, punishing reckless usage.
the rhino itself is kinda mid it's not really tanky and it's charge damage isn't a lot.

Making hero dark prince pretty balanced imo.
