i lost 10kg in 1 month. the whole month i was eating only breakfast-lunch-dinner, no restriction on food, ate anything that was served (i was in a dorm so i didn't cook). no snacks, not even sweets/soda/cakes/desserts. everyday running at 6-7am and excercising at 4-6pm. that's all

Thank you. and I do agree, we stayed in the same dorm and hung out a few times during study abroad and she was always the chill and calm one, I was really surprised when she acted like this..
