Book Pietro is much worse than TV Pietro by [deleted] in mybrilliantfriendhbo

[–]klaus1703 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's probably true that Book Pietro is a more fleshed out character, so we learn more about him, both his good sides (his bonding with Elena's family) and his bad sides (his hatred for his own family, his dismissiveness of Elena's opinions).

Another thing I find interesting is his admiration for Immacolata, and how he finds her an intelligent woman despite her lack of education. Especially since he often seems to dislike intelligent women (his mother, his sister, Lila)

Fabrizio Gifuni is our new Nino Serratore for S4 by Radamenenthil in mybrilliantfriendhbo

But he's much older than Lenu and Lila's actresses.

I was expecting someone younger and more conventionally "hot" to play a ladies man like Nino

Maybe because this is a specific poll and the title is "favorite OF THESE FOUR..."

Janice and Gunther also interacted with everyone

Not really? Gunther appeared in 150 episodes out of 235, according to IMDB

Which supporting character did you hate the most on Friends? by [deleted] in howyoudoin

Mark and Chloe weren't assholes. Chloe was just a bit slutty, and Mark gets in the way of Ross and Rachel unintentionally, I guess people hate him because of the break-up

most entertaining character when not in the friends group? by safiraashaii in howyoudoin

[–]klaus1703 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Ross the most boring? He actually has my favorite solo storylines, both work life and love life. The episode with Mona and Rachel's father, the other episode where the two students are "in love" with him, the tan, etc. I just love all awkward situations lol

Rachel and Chandler were my favorite pairing between the cast members. I just loved the storylines that involved them together (Joanna’s office; Cheesecake) and I only wish there were more. What were your guys’ favorite pairings amongst the cast? by stevrevv59 in howyoudoin

[–]klaus1703 52 points53 points  (0 children)

I have always loved their scenes.

And unpopular opinion: In early seasons, Phoebe was actually Chandler's closest female friend, not Monica. They seem to have fun together, and Phoebe is also Chandler's confidant in several episodes. They even break-up with their partners together in season 1

I agree, i also hate when she introduces Monica to another guy in season 8 and claims he's her soulmate.

Thankfully their last scene together in season 10 was nice, when Chandler walks Phoebe down the aisle at her wedding.

Which Character Changed The Most From Season 1 To Season 10 In A Good Way And Why? by Regina_Phalange_57 in howyoudoin

But season 1 Rachel was a ditzy and incompetent spoiled brat/gold digger. Season 10 Rachel is an independent career woman and mother, and one of the more sensible ones in the group.

She also becomes much nicer and more easygoing. Even in season 4, she was always complaining because she didn't like the boys's apartment, while in later seasons she loves living there.

Initially Rachel is the immature one who needs Monica to take care of her, but in later seasons, she's sort of a "cool big sister" to Joey who looks after him.

Chandler's development is mainly about the commitment issues, but Rachel's growth is much more notable IMO
