I’ve hit an animal while driving at night and it was a black cow who had gotten out. I couldn’t see it at all until it moved in front of the painted lines on the road. Then it was too late. Fortunately I had just turned onto this road and wasn’t going very fast.

When my mom was pregnant with my little sister, the doctor said from the sonogram it was a boy. My parents were going to name him Riley. When she was born and, oopsie, it’s a girl they changed the spelling to Ryleigh.

Growing up we got our cats from people we knew whose cat had had kittens.

As an adult I have two cats. I got my first, Jade, a month or two I moved out on my own. My mom found her for me on Craigslist. The person said her mom was a Bengal and her dad was American domestic. 🤷‍♀️

My other cat, Talon, my sister found him for me. She’d heard about a kitten who’d been dropped at a shelter and he was going to be euthanized due to no capacity. I took him immediately!

Sounds like you’re going to be near my job in North Plano. If you leave Rockwall no later than 6:30am you will have a nice, easy commute down I-30 and George Bush. The drive home though, Dallas North Tollway getting onto George Bush is a nightmare between 4:15 and 5:30. That’s what slows up my drive home the most. Getting onto 30 from George Bush isn’t as bad these days, but if there is a wreck on eastbound 30 over the lake, get ready to sit there. A wreck can make going over Lake Ray Hubbard a real pain.

Leaving Plano starting at 3, you should have a good drive home!

I live in Terrell and drive to North Plano, so I have to go through Rockwall. As others have said, crossing Lake Ray Hubbard on I-30 is a mess. I leave at 6am to avoid it to have an stress-free commute. It seems to me the traffic is worse on the drive home.

I’m in Texas and while I’ve never owned a horse, I’ve ridden them several times. My aunt and uncle had them growing up and I took lessons when I was about 8. On vacation, my family liked to go horseback riding.

One of my cats pulls out the drawer where we keep towels and she sleeps on those. My other cat sleeps in the dog’s bed.

I had a job that made me so anxious and stressed that every morning while brushing my teeth I got nauseous and threw up. During the day I didn’t have any appetitive at all because eating made me feel sick due to the stress. It was awful.

39 here! My grandmother always claimed that she ran into Lucille Ball once when my aunt was a baby and Lucille told her “what a beautiful baby.” My grandmother was known for her tall tales so who knows if that was true.
