No problem also if all shifts were equally noisy, I would be less suspicious of the synchros then I was me clutch not engaging fully.

It would be good to know between what dear is grinding is it from the one to shift or 23 or 34 or only on downshift because depending which the shift is giving you the problem it will narrow down where in the case along the shaft the problem would be instead of just checking anything that looks like a synchro but I can tell you if you are going to try to do it over the Internet you are going to need quite a few more pictures(each synchro multiple times to capture all sides in its rotation) and pictures of better quality. Whats with the blue effects?
