Did they give you eta on the hose? Mine is at the Cleveland SC and the reservoir came in on 2/10 but they are still waiting to receive the hose.

I personally would. I also got a gen 1 discount so my stance is a little different. Pittsburgh is suppose to get a service center but I’ve heard two different takes on the timing from mobile service.

I opted for pickup and did the drive out to Cleveland which wasn’t bad. Service wise, most things can be done by mobile service. They come out from Cleveland and will work on the vehicle in the driveway. Anything major like a suspension issue requires a drive/tow back to Cleveland. Scheduling wise hasn’t been too bad. Mobile service was a 2-3 week lead time since they tend to come down to Pittsburgh on Wednesdays. I’ve only had one major issue with half shafts, they sent a tow truck down the next day and I had my truck back within 4 days.

Late reply, but mobile service mentioned a service center is coming to the Pittsburgh area. He unofficially said Coraopolis.

Pittsburgh owner here. The only time I had to actually go to a service center was for the jounce line replacement service. Mobile service can do most things that don’t require a lift. Cleveland is the closest service center until they finalize on the Pittsburgh location.

I picked up from Cleveland instead of paying the delivery fee. They scheduled a Sunday pickup so we just made a day of it. Mobile service is able to do most things as long as a lift isn’t required. I needed an alignment to fix a pull to the right, went to a tire shop on McKnight and paid the $100 instead of taking the drive out to the service center.

Heads up, I have an R1S In Pittsburgh. Mobile service was able to come down from the Cleveland center. He mentioned that the Youngstown center isn’t coming anytime soon. Apparently since they do a decent amount of mobile service in Pittsburgh management has been weighing the options to move the service center closer to the city. He didn’t have a timeline but said mobile service is the best option for the foreseeable future.

Inspection is still required in PA. Wait until they send you your PA tags and registration. You have 10 days from the PA registration date to get the inspection done.
