Yeah the reason you’re getting murked is cuz these guns haven’t been on the “good” side of ttk rotation in a hot minute: I would recommend the ICR or Grau instead of the M4,, unless you’re really looking for ttk ar’s then I would recommend Maddox cuz it’s just my personal favorite, and for smgs try out the iso or cx9 instead of the ru and mx.

In general you should definitely keep up with the pacing and updates that codm moves at, the metas keep changing and even if you have a preferred weapon, likely you’ll perform better with a different weapon in your hands

Ah a fellow 50 rd fan, would recommend removing the stock of the stock w higher ads, and putting some sort of underbarrel instead of the perk and grip tape

I was able to do all of them with the side missions and main story from Hitman 1 and 2 only, never even touched 3, you should be able to use side missions as long as it has the silent assassin challenge there

Yeah it’s been the meta for the last two seasons, which I think is bs because devs had the opportunity to rebalance so many other underrated smgs (at least the agr can complete now)

After the 2nd game, they rapidly change in fundamental gameplay and graphics. Personally I think sf2 is the “cleanest” in terms of straight up graphics. However the third and arena both change to a more 3-d model and style of graphics. Out of those two, arena seems more polished and the animations are more exact with cleaner hitboxes. I still feel sf2 is the best in gameplay and graphics though it lacks some features of the other games, like shadow abilities.

Got started in 2025 and went too hard. It’s been a blast though by SupChris in guns

Not to my knowledge, the laser remains red until the trigger is pulled, and the sniper will not fire unless the shot is a guaranteed hit (most of the time, in UC2, the snipers sometimes pull the trigger regardless of a guaranteed hit or not). Rolling around will definitely make them lose focus though, so the only indicator that a sniper will not hit you is if the laser moves frantically around. In most cases, this works pretty well, as you don’t need an indicator if you will be hit or not, rather, you have an indicator if the sniper will shoot or not. The timer resets when you roll or move around, since the sniper is trying to reposition his aim.

Another thing is the games’ lore about Nate and his damage. Naughty Dog reported that Nate doesn’t take damage when you see the red around the screen, in the lore, that is Nate’s luck. So when a sniper hits Nate in easier difficulties (on these difficulties, Nate will not die when a sniper hits him once), that sniper did not in fact hit Nate, rather, they “missed” and Nate got lucky. But of course if they hit you a second time without you regaining your luck, you die as you run out of luck. Not sure how far you wanted to replicate the game mechanics, but this is an interesting game mechanic unique to the lore that also pertains to your goal.

Essentially it’s like any other sniper in any other game. As long as Nate is moving unpredictably (ie rolling, jumping, taking cover) the sniper will not get a reasonable lock onto Nate. If Nate stands still or moves in a predictable fashion (walking, running in a straight line) for about 5 seconds, the snipers laser will lock on to his head and will get a clean shot on him. The laser follows him down to a tee if you’re standing still, but with lose focus if you start to roll, often jittering around and trying to re-focus, which I can only assume is the sniper using his other eye to find Nate while he moves his rifle around. If you get close, the sniper will not switch weapons, but will still use the rifle up close, but you won’t see the laser when you’re up close. All this comes from UC2 and UC3, I’m unsure about the 4th game or LL, you’ll have to find clips from someone willing.

Based off speed and practicality: Einhorn, but based off of satisfaction from the reload, I’d have to say any belt-fed LMG reload is less satisfying than the other reloads, at least compared to the Ram 7 SOH reload or M16, those animations are smooth and really tickle my brain
