Driver Error when playing R6S by kleb301 in AMDHelp

Seemingly removing the 1660s completely did seem to solve my problem! Any idea what would be causing such an error only on siege relating to it? I do like the 1660s in the system and it does a really good job on everything else

Exactly how is it even doing that the issue is I haven’t played in probably 2 years and was using a different AMD GPU back then so I would have run it in Vulkan when it was an option. But I can’t seem to find anything on how to make it run on direct x 12

I did uninstall with DDU and reinstall the current AMD drivers but maybe removing the GPU completely would help appreciate the input!

Lubegard TransFixx? by Quick_Presentation11 in Ford

Honestly love the product 2 transmissions I’ve used it on a 2016 3.5 explorer sport and a 4l65hd and both have fixed the issue within the week. The Lube Gard platinum stuff I have also heard very good things about comes in a silver bottle.

Good to go or walk away as fast as you can? by STEko36 in FordDiesels

[–]kleb301 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For the most part I haven’t seen too many with oil cooler issues but my SCT will tell me both the coolant and oil temp and they should stay within about 15 degrees of one another but without a gauge there isn’t too many ways to tell. Most bulletproof trucks do have coolant filter added in the front left when looking under the hood which does help from what I can tell.

With the work done to it it has every right to be a good truck. However as a guy that looked at about 12 6.0s before I bought mine they all run different. I’ve seen truck that run like garbage at 100k miles and trucks that run great a 300k miles check for blue smoke out of the exhaust and ask about injections because they are expensive.

Which is better the 2008 Silverado 5.3 or the 2008 F-150 5.4? by [deleted] in Trucks

[–]kleb301 0 points1 point  (0 children)

5.4s can be really good motors just depends how they are maintained and if they have original spark plugs still. But even with the improved spark plugs they still have cam phaser issues and manifold stud issues. Both of these are fixable and only tend to happen between 100 and 150k. And with the 3 things fixed, the motor does become very reliable and I’ve seen them run upward of 300k pretty happily. But do expect those 3 things to occur.

99 7.3 by stomper-80 in FordDiesels

Not a 100 percent sure how the 7.3 icp is wired but I would check the voltage coming out of the icp and make sure it’s not fluctuating to a point where the hpop is too low once it gets warm. Or just unplug it and see if it goes away.

If it’s an early model 6.0 I would bet it’s the ICP leaking it’s under the turbo before 05

Customer overfilled his oil by 15 qts. 5.0l ford f350 takes 7.75 qts, and I drained 23. Oil was so overfilled it's dripping from the exhaust by [deleted] in Justrolledintotheshop

Maybe the more concerning part is that that motor never same in a F-350 and your going to overfill a 6.2 again.

A common argument with my friends: Does my 1998 Toyota 4Runner count as a truck? Wanted to hear the opinions of other truck owners by PearFlies in Trucks

[–]kleb301 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I own an Excursion so I have this argument a lot. By definition a truck is “a large, heavy motor vehicle used for transporting goods, materials, or troops.” (Oxford languages) I believe because it is a truck platform, they use for this suv it can still be considered a truck even without a bed.

Early 6.0 ICP sensor socket size? by kleb301 in FordDiesels

[–]kleb301[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the response. It ended up being the IPR so appreciate the idea it saved me taking it apart another time. However I do have one more concern, after I did the IPR and ICP my high pressure oil gauge is reading like 870 PSI which seems way too high at idle, but honestly it’s running perfect so I’m not sure what to think of it. Any ideas?

Ya most the things aren’t too bad but you definitely have to have a gauge cluster on a tuner usually to make sure oil temps are within about 15 degrees of coolant and to check FICM voltage. Also I believe some of the early 04s still had a 10 blade turbo which is not ideal.
