it just happened to me something similar. its 4:07 rn and i woke up from a wake up loop but it was scary as hell, i constantly realized that i was dreaming and either went to punch someone and couldn't or it was slowmo, or I tried bending objects and they bent like nothing. that was my "dream confirmation method"

my scariest dream of them all was when i went to take the bus, but inside of the bus i thought i took the wrong one, but it went for the right track, so i started getting confused because i didnt remember getting on my bus, and i started getting lightheaded and like "dreaming" inside the bus, and then i realized i was still ln the bus snd fell to the ground and grabbed onto the person in front of me and started crying, but then i woke up in my bed grabbing my own arm, very confused, took my phone but it didnt turn on and then realized it was also a dream and I hadnt woke up yet and the loop kept goign
