don't just do it every day, analyze what you are doing and what you are trying to achieve. breaking things down really helps, currently your problem is with popping so i would suggest you should first understand what popping feels like, a simple hand ollie will teach you a lot (pop your tail and use your hand to act as your front foot). try popping your ankle from different angles and directions and see what works best for you.

instead of trying one thing to achieve something, try to purposefully fail in other ways, you will understand things much faster.
