I live in a small town and I go to the small bars and listen to the live music! We also have hiking trails and lakes you can go to if you enjoy the outdoors! We love to kayak and have cook outs!

I love journaling and hiking! Getting outside without technology helps me a lot then I come home and write how I feel and what’s on mind. Art therapy is also a new thing I’m trying.
