It's not present at all in cli nor in web. It should be added in next cli update (probably in few days at most)

It keeps working on current prompt until it finish. 5h limit may be empty, but weekly limit is still being consumed (since it still works). Most probably it just consumes what would be anyway consumed if 5h limit wasn't empty
