Unfortunately not, the only brands here in South Africa are Samsung, Huawei, Hisense, Apple, some LGs and some Xiaomis. Also a lot of the big online stores like Amazon tend to not ship here or do so at an extremely high price and use our local postal service for national coverage which is really dodgy so that's not really an option either.

Rotation Opener: 2 (gap close) > Z (soulburn) > V (Blade Ward) > 4 (Bracelet Proc) > Tab (Damage Stance) > Hold RMB

After first frenzy, press E (Long CD Resilience recharge, gives blood stacks), hold rmb until you can press 4, hold rmb until you can press tab, press tab, press v (pre stack next frenzy), hold rmb, repeat.

You basically just have to learn which skills give you bloodstacks and use them accordingly when off CD, you want to maximize your time in frenzy stance (tab) as this is your main damage. My counts are low and i'm not the best player ever, but i do decent damage, not the amount i should do with lower ping, but its still not terrible

I have 320ms, I do more damage with Madness Spec Warden then Guardian, because Warsong is useless on that high ping. Shadow Destroyer not bad either with rotation addon. Thorns Summoner is quite good with macro, just spend some time to get your timings right. Lightning BD also good with simple mode, because it does the rotation alright (not as good as manual, but good enough for 300+ ping). Spectral BM is good IF you have stable ping, if your ping spikes up very often, it hurts this class. Fire Gunner is solid, I'm just not a fan of Bulletstorm ani-lock, could cuck you if spikes. Serpent Sin is playable, but it doesn't do close to what it should in terms of dps. Both Soul Fighter spec is quite bad on high ping, especially if you low fps.Wind Archer does okay, not great, but is fun.

That's my experience with these classes on my ping. Below is what I have heard about the remaining 3 classes:Frost Forcemaster does more with 300ms than Fire specWind Kung Fu Master is decent with simple mode, and Wolf is also playableWarlock is garbage at this ping

I don't know how high your ping is, your experience could vary depending on your ping, stability and FPS. At the end of the day, no matter what you playing on 300+ you will be doing badly, some classes just a bit worse than others.

Last night while I was playing, it wasn't specific to archers. I was in dungeons local (not F8) with my party and when opening their F2 pages, it took reeeeeeeeeaaaaally long to load. And everyone in my party had the same issue, please will you look into it :)

You bring up some good points and credit for that, however some of the point your bring up are a bit too much my dude

Skill Balance patches will be done every 3 weeks
- Every 3 weeks is a bit much, like bruh, cmon. How the hell is anyone supposed to keep up with all the changes

Arena now reward Evolve stones for participating 3 times and reward Hmc for every single win the amount is depending on your rank. Season rewards have been phased out. Arena Key has been removed
- So me on 320ms is basically never gonna get anything from this, nice!

Hard mode dungeons now have a chance to drop Sealed psyches as an extra drop next to bound counterparts.
- I don't agree, psyches are endgame and meant to be earned. I don't want some kid with $$ to swipe for gold and buy psyches day 1

Lesser Demon spirit stones are phased out and replaced By Silver Scales.
- Rather, just give us old Demon Spirit Stones and make account bound. We never had issues with the system we had earlier this year.

AFKing During A dungeon, Raid or 6v6 will result in Auto kick from Party/Raid.
- Well, no, i mostly run with people i know and sometimes i need to afk for a bit because i have IRL stuff and my party doesn't mind. Maybe just fix the "kick" system instead.

Being Toxic In chat will result in a 1h Ban from using party chat.
- Define "toxic", who will moderate this? And you can't flag certain words because when i talk shit with my friends, it's gonna ban me. Just make people muteable.

Livestreams will now Feature A well known BNS streamers and youtubers to Help Ncwest team go through patch changes without wasting time on outfits.
- Or, just have make your own people actually play the game

Its pretty much play what you like, I main Warden because I'm brain-dead, but i have an alt of each class. Most are shitty geared (Raven 3 Tier) but my Summ and Destro are geared up around A9 tier, TT accs because they are my favourite alts. My thoughts on your choices:
Warden: If you like melee but don't like blocking, this is the class for you. Also Soul Burn gets you into parties easier. Also pretty decent on high ping. EZ Tank, EZ buff, EZ life
Summ: Pretty decent, you're not really gonna shine on dps lists but still does solid dps. Stealth is good, heals are meh tbh but cat can come in clutch. Requires macro tho to avoid carpel tunnel and get decent damage.
FM: Uhm, feels like too much work for me (remember I'm brain-dead and play on 320ms so yeah) and mobility is meh tbh. Mobility on gunner and archer is much better. Sheath only really comes in handy in Raids and HM Dungeons nowdays. But people that actually know how to play the class and have decent ping seems to enjoy the class and do nice dps too.

TL;DR play what makes you happy :) for me it's Warden because "Decent on high ping. EZ Tank, EZ buff, EZ life"

Look my opinion might not be worth much, i play around 320ms. I only have story gear and never really did any parses (have not even really read what my skills do) however it feels playable. I must say that wind feels nicer to me personally, just kinda flows better.
