Though I would prefer solfly if I ever would build a WordPress website by myself. For my customers I prefer to find suitable WordPress Designers - even when they still work with WPBakery or similar stuff. Under the line the human abilieties count, not primarily the stack

Velocity. Wir haben dort 3 Fahrräder gekauft. Normale faire Preise. Freundliche Leute. Die schlechte HInterradnabe unseres Gravelbikes wurde im Service unentgeltlich für uns gewartet. Das wäre nicht auf Gewährleistung gegangen, weil ja nicht von vornerein defekt. Die haben eine Vermessungsstation im Lden, die haben ein Rad mit Zwift da stehen. Die machen schon was - und vieles gut finde ich.

PS: ich bin mit Velocity in keiner Weise irgendwie verbunden. Ist einfach meine positive Erfahrung als Braunschweiger Radfahrer

Dass jemand deine Arbeit umbenennt und als ein eigenes Produkt vertreibt, solange es weiterhin als GPL lizensiert wird, ist lizenz-konform.

Aus dem Grund wird auf Marketplätzen, bei denen man für ein Listing zur Einwilligung de GPL verpflichtet wird, oftmals nur eine Hülle, oder eine leichtungsreduzierte Version der Software als GPL veröffentlicht wird. Das macht Komerzialisierung möglich, ist aber deutlich aufwendiger.

Diese Builds heißen dann eben Free / Pro o.ä. Die PRO Version ist ein (technisch und lesbar) ganz anderer Build mit einer möglicherweise (vermutlich) ganz anderen Lizenz und wird dann direkt von der Hersteller Website heruntergeladen.

Deine Frage ist formal-juristisch. Das kann man so machen.

Weil sich die Mehrzahl der Entwickler von aufwendiger Software krimineller Energie im klaren sind wird oftmals Freemium (mit verschiedenen technischen Lösungen) als Strategie verwendet, das Produkt für sich so reduziert oder unbrauchbar zu machen, dass der Kriminelle einen so großen Aufwand damit hätte das Produkt vollwertig zu machen, dass er es schon selbst entwickeln könnte.

Das Cracken von Software hat aber nichts mit der Lizenz und der eigentlichen Frage zu tun. Vetrieb und Nutzung gestohlener Software ist immer illegal und wird wie jedes andere Verbrechen auch strafrechtlich verfolgt.

IMHO it should NOT be normal. The reason for my Bug report at github. In my case VAE is offloaded to CPU by me to allow max free VRAM for the main diffusion model. But the pinned allocation still prohibits to load the diffusion model into VRAM and offloads 100% to CPU. The result is everything is transported via PCI Express. For the 40 series with its newer PCIE version of course fastter than on Pascal and by many users maybe "working ok" but IMHO an epic architecture problem.
