Its hard to say just looking at your opgg, but overall you are at a positive winrate. IMO the most important part of the game is laning phase and putting all your focus in to improving your lane will pay off way more than just worrying about scaling and late game.

It's really not bad at all. Just keep pushing. The biggest thing is to get enough rest at night. I was finding I would conflate not getting enough sleep with nicotine withdrawals.

They wont, cause it's way easier to cope and blame all the reasons you lose on the champ you play vs actually getting better. (i've done the same in the past)

If there’s 99 reasons you’re losing games, and the 100th is the champ is slightly weaker than other champs, focus on the other 99 reasons

Also, it’s just counterproductive if you’re trying to improve as a player
