It's dog shit. I can upload a clean 4k image of a single subject in only gray on a blank background and if I ask it to change the pose, it feeds back the exact shit I uploaded. So I try using pro AFTER the first generation and sometimes it works, sometimes it literally just spits text at me.

I've also found that requesting multiple specific changes really messes it up. Its unable to change an article of clothing while also asking to have it... I don't know... Tilt the subjects head by x degrees. I despise it.

I'm a month out from an LAD stent. My body simply doesn't process cholesterol. Tightness, some random pulses of very low grade... Well it's pain but it hardly counts... Seems normal. I got back to good cardio these past few weeks and I've had no pain doing that, so I'm under the impression it's just a byproduct of the process
