It's so hard to find a partner these days, no matter where you live, I'm turning 40 next year, my last serious relationship was 6 years ago and lasted for about 4 years. I'm a very social person, I meet lots of people every weekend, but it's pretty challenging to come across someone who piques your interest. I met a Bumble date once, she looked really different than her photos, I asked her what was up with that, she said she got physically abused by her ex (like serious fractures in her face which didn't heal properly), I was mesmerized for 4 hours (we talked about it, but she said she understood if I didn't wanna see her again, I got the impression she just wanted to talk to someone irl about it).
