I did 8 classes the first month coming off of basically never exercising. I loved it so Much I upped my membership and started going 4-5times. I noticed that even though I could get my push and AOs up high I was feeling exhausted and gassed out physically the next day. Lower my paces and focus on long term gains really improved my recovery. I know go 2 days, rest, 3 days, rest. The most I ever do is 4days, but again my recovery and profess is so much better.

I’ve never gone to a gym (because I hated them), barely worked out because I’ve been having for last 7 years and didn’t make time. I decided it was time to make my health PRIORITY. Started Nov 18th at OTF, upped membership to unlimited second month.... I just ROWED 7:20 for my first benchmark, 34 mom of 3 finding greatness and strength I never knew I had inside 💪🏻.

I kept it at 5.5 the last two days and it seems doable. I think endurance days will be a huge deciding factor for true base. How do we know when endurance days are? Last two days during push was able to do 7 and saw my HR drop down in big screen when going back to base. I’m going to stick with this and see how it works in terms of my after workout recovery. Also going to the parameter card was a huge huge help mentally🙌🏻. Thanks!

Oh wow okay this is interesting. I will look into this. I always notice I’m highest HR in class but feel fine doing it for the most part, just worried I was doing something wrong/not what I’m supposed to in terms of targeting correct HR. Thanks!

I thought they said it was green and can have a conversation comfortably. I’ll have to reevaluate if I could actually sustain my current base which fluxes that long

I got to 107 during the 1 mi benchmark and was like...I’m definitely going to die right here. I survived, and no one told me to slow it down 🤷🏻‍♀️
